It’s amazing how much a good show brings to the party, and we spent some quality time at IWA in Germany talking to the fine team from HELIKON-TEX… we’re pleased to see now that some of the latest clothing and gear that we saw back in March is now starting to hit the stores, and the newest HELIKON MCDU COMBAT SHIRT has just landed with our friends at MILITARY1ST!
The MCDU (Modern Combat Duty Uniform) COMBAT SHIRT is part of of the HELIKON-TEX PATROL LINE and is available in a range of colours and patterns, but we had to post the HYDE DEFINITION PenCott WildWood version of course! The shirt has some great features such as;
Stand-up collar with front zipper and a chin guard
Torso made of highly breathable and lightweight TopCool fabric
Long sleeves made of durable NyCo Ripstop fabric
Two zippered arm pockets
Adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop tabs
Double loop panels on each arm for personalization
Reinforced elbow area
Durable YKK zippers with zip pulls throughout
The fabric is a comfortable yet durable 50% Cotton 50% Nylon with 100% Polyester inserts so it’s going to stand up to some abuse, that’s for certain! We’ll continue to speak with HELIKON-TEX about their new gear, and of course when we see it hitting the stores we’ll be sure to let you know!
