ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!
Things never stand still for long at Airsoft Action as we constantly strive to make the magazine bigger and better.
We have come a long way since the first issue, way back in 2011 and we’ve covered innovation, development and everything new and interesting within the industry since then.
In 2020 we decided to really shake things up by moving away from paper print and launching into the digital space, making Airsoft Action both digital-only and FREE to read!
For the first time in its history Airsoft Action Magazine was a truly Global entity and, with contributors from around the world, could expand its content to fit within regional and global airsoft markets. As a result, we now reach an average of 45,000+ readers per monthly issue and have been read in all but a few countries – and these numbers continue to grow every month.
For all this time the Editor has been Nige, who has lived and breathed nothing but airsoft and Airsoft Action every single day but, as with all things, there comes a time for change and, with new and exciting projects waiting for him, Nige has decided the time is right for that change to happen now.
And so, with extreme delight we can announce that from Issue 131 (November 2021, published yesterday) Airsoft Action has a new Editorial Director, Bill Thomas.
Bill has been a contributor for many years and Content Director for our publications since the move to digital and has brought an incredible depth of knowledge and experience to Airsoft Action, experience that will allow him to take the magazine onwards and upwards! His new responsibility will be to continue sourcing high-quality content whilst further developing relationships within the airsoft and tactical equipment spheres and will have a particular focus on moving Airsoft Action into a market-leading position, cementing its position in both the airsoft industry and player community.

Alongside Bill’s new appointment, we are also excited to announce that our team is growing, with the addition of Jon Mills as Sales and Marketing Executive.
Jon has been in the industry for a number of years, as a site owner, event organizer, writer, contributor and regular player. With a very successful track record in sales and client relationships, Jon will be continuing to facilitate our current client base while developing new and exciting advertising packages that truly explore and leverage the digital space.
We are delighted to welcome him onboard and to be part of the Airsoft Action Magazine family.
