“Missing Out on Airsoft” and related shows is no longer what MOA will stand for!

Thanks to the final easing of pandemic related restrictions in Taiwan planned for mid-October 2022, the full-on international trade show will once again return to the Taipei International Convention Centre (TICC) in the shadow of Taipei 101, and it’s billed for the 2nd- 4th of December!

As usual, AA’s “Man in Taiwan” Stewbacca will naturally be on the scene and relaying the latest in product news through various platforms but also hopefully via the modern medium of livestreams, and he should once again be joined by many of our foreign media friends now that the island that is “Airsoft Central” is fully reopening!

Earlier in April 2022 MOA CAMPFEST (reported in Issue 137 of AA) gave us a “consolation prize” and a much-needed airsoft industry fix of sorts in the form of its outdoor marquee setup to give us at least some insight into the local manufacturing scene otherwise quietly working away on exciting projects. Given that the MOA 2020 show was much reduced as a result of incumbent pandemic issues outside of Taiwan, while the 2021 event was unfortunately cancelled entirely due to the virus finally breaking out in Taiwan with restrictions on large trade shows tightening as a result.

Now the stage is finally set for the full force return of Asia’s, if not one of the world’s, premiere airsoft-focused industry event, and there’s sure to be plenty to see from a variety of Taiwanese domestic manufacturers and hopefully the return of out of town production outfits as well!
