Back in April we talked about the impending arrival of the new STEYR L9-A2 GBB from ActionSportGames (ASG) and we’ve been lucky enough to have one “in house” for testing thanks to the lovely guys at ASG UK for a while now, and Boycie has alluded to the evaluation process on numerous occassion with his “REDACTED” comments in our regular Friday LEGION-SFTW posts!
This is a model that we’ve been quietly excited about as it’s a 1:1 replication of the The Steyr L9-A2 pistol which takes the robust, aggressive styling and design of the 9mm real-steel version and turns it into a solid 6mm airsoft beast that’s sure to please the MilSim crowd without doubt!
But in testing this has proved to be a design that we like a lot, and we’d say right now that it most certainly isn’t just for the MilSimmers out there but deserves serious consideration when it comes to a place in anyone’s holster.
