Back in ISSUE 175 Miguel and Bill took a close look at the history of the SPECNA ARMS J-SERIES (AK) AEG PROGRAM and the latest CORE models… but once again SPECNA ARMS have moved things along at their usual pace with a fabulously updated line of PRIME models!

Miguel has already been out testing the SA-PJ08 PRIME and will be landing his full report soon, but just so you know the full picture, SPECNA ARMS have told us;

“The Prime J-Series carbines are a combination of the J-Series Edge 2.0 models along with new internal parts, and feature high build-quality, durability, and very high performance without the need for additional tuning.

Right out of the box, the user will receive a product that is up to any task on the airsoft field. This is all thanks to, among other things the latest Hop-Up TDC chambering of the Specna Arms Magnus. What’s more, the Prime J-Series features a variety of models, so there is something for everyone. A classic carbine without RIS rails, but with a wooden butt and handguard? Here it is! A version with wooden components but with a folding stock? Present! AK in tactical version – RIS rails, modernistic handguard and tactical stock? Ready for action!

These are just a few models from the wide range of replicas that have been prepared to meet the needs of not only AK fans, but also lovers of simply good airsoft carbines.”

Given our experience with the J-SERIES models since the very first iteration was launched we’re certain that the latest PRIME models will be pretty darn cool from the get-go, and kudos to SPECNA ARMS for continuing to champion the “OPFOR Cause”!

We look forward to bringing you Miguel’s overview of the latest J-SERIES PRIME models soon!
